What Is It?
In this CTE elective course, students will work in engineering teams to learn how to design, build, program, and test increasingly complex robots. The main focus of the course will be to illustrate the engineering design process and the importance of integrating sensors, complex machine control (programming), and multi-robot systems in robot design and builds.

What To Expect
The students will conclude with a summative assessment incorporating a design challenge, documentation, and design presentation. This will be an excellent opportunity to assess the competencies learned in the course through a showcase and demonstration of their skills and knowledge. Students will have the opportunity to compete in robot competitions throughout the school year.
