Headphones with Microphones and Computer Mice

Students may now pick up a headphone set and/or computer mouse to use during distance learning. Just come to the front office between the hours of 8 a.m.-3 p.m. to pick them up. We still have Hotspots and Chromebooks for students needing them. You can pick these up in the front office as well

SENIORS - DO YOU NEED HELP WITH YOUR COLLEGE APPLICATIONS AND/OR  COMPLETING YOUR FAFSA/CADAA APPLICATION FOR FINANCIAL AID? Your school counselors are having Application Help Sessions on October 1, 8, 14, 22, 28th and  November 5, 12, and 19th from 1:00 - 3:00pm in the counseling drop in room at Each session will include a brief presentation on topics related to the  applications. A flyer with topics will be shared via your school email and in your Homeroom 12 google  class. Feel free to drop in, ask your questions, or email your school counselor for more information. SENIORS - Do you need help completing your FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) or  the CADAA (California Dream Act Application) for financial aid to help pay for college? You and your  parents are invited to attend a FAFSA/CACAA Virtual Workshop on Tuesday, October 13, 2020 at  6:30pm to provide you with step-by-step help and to answer your questions. The workshop is online via  Zoom and the flyer with joining information will be shared via your school email and in your Homeroom  12 google class. For more information, email your school counselor. COME AND GET IT!!!! Please join the Interact Club at Vince's on Friday, October 23rd from 11:00 AM  to 9:00 PM. They are located at 2833 W Ave L in Lancaster. They will accept orders online, in person for  outdoor dining, and you can even request delivery. Remember to mention The Interact Club  Fundraiser when you place your order. HEY EAGLES! IF YOU’RE INTERESTED IN JOINING A CLUB ON CAMPUS, WE HAVE  WOC (WOMEN OF CHARACTER). WOC is a safe space and an overall positive environment for  everyone to join! We’ll offer homework help, positive group discussions, support and encouragement for  anyone who might need it. DO YOU LIKE TO HELP OTHERS? DO YOU ENJOY WORKING WITH DIVERSE GROUPS  OF PEOPLE? If that sounds like you, then you should join the Lancaster High Interact Club! We  participate in various community projects throughout the year including the annual Lancaster Christmas  Parade, Bark at the Park, and the Lancaster West Rotary Steak & Lobster Fundraiser dinner. Our motto is  "Service Above Self" and we try to live up to it every day. Remember, colleges are looking for well rounded individuals and community service is an important part of their decision to admit students. If  you would like the opportunity to meet some really great people and learn to work with a team, this is the  club for you! We welcome grades 9th - 12th to apply. THE HISPANIC HONOR SOCIETY IS ACCEPTING NEW MEMBERS. If you have taken four  semesters of Spanish and have a B average or better, you qualify. Please write an email to Ms. Pierce, Once you are accepted you will need to pay $5.00, also if you were part of the  society last year you will need to renew your membership. (10/2020)  

ATTENTION BASEBALL PLAYERS! If you are interested in playing baseball this season, please  email Coach Fischenich. Coach Fischenich's email is on our school website, Also on  the website is the athletic clearance information. You must be cleared before you are able to participate. IF YOU ARE MISSING MATHLETES & WANT TO STAY SHARP AT YOUR SKILLS, contact  Ms. Lawhon for virtual Mathlete problems each month until Mathletes meet again. (09/20-tbd) 

COME & GET IT! Food Services continues Drive-Thru meal program where meal kits will be  provided to all persons 18 years and under and students who meet CDE’s definition of a mental or  physical handicap at all eight of our Comprehensive High Schools. Meal service will take place  Monday through Friday from 11:30am-1:00pm where lunch and “next day” breakfast will be  distributed. An authorized parent or guardian may receive up to six meal kits for children who are not  present. Please provide a child(ren)’s identification when receiving more than six meal kits.
